Bibimbap Bowl Sauce
September 13, 2024We’re simply drooling over this savory, probiotic packed Bibimbap Bowl š¤¤ We cooked up some basmati rice as the base of this bowl, sautĆ©ed @liveaboots plant-based Ground Beef (18g protein per serving!), and topped with @clevelandkitchen Classic Kimchi for an extra punch of probiotics as well as your choice of veggie. We did broccoli, carrots, edamame, and cucumber! But really, the sauce is the star of the show and ties the whole dish together. @cocojune_organic Pure Coconut shines through with more probiotics and a dreamy texture that keeps the sauce nice and smooooooth! WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE BIBIMBAP BOWL SAUCE
- Ā¼ cup cocojune Pure Coconut
- 4 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp honey
- 2 Ā½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove finely grated or minced
- Juice of half a lime
STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble your bibimbap bowl with sushi rice, your favorite toppings, Cleveland Kitchen kimchi and Abbotts plant based beef crumbles.
- Spoon bibimbap sauce over your bowl and enjoy!
