Vanilla Cinnamon protein pancakes🥞

Breakfast just got a lot tastier with these easy pancakes!

#ad I’ve always been a fan of cocojune and when I found out they made protein yogurt I knew I HAD to try it. Safe to say it’s truly amazing. The yogurt is so smooth and creamy with 8g of plant based protein!🌱

Ingredients:

Dry
•3/4 cup all purpose flour
•1/2 tbsp baking powder
•1 1/2 tbsp cane sugar Wet
•Almost 1 container of @cocojune_organic vanilla cinnamon yogurt (leave 2 tbsp to top off pancakes!!)
•1/2 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk, using almond here
•Dash vanilla extract & cinnamon powder

Directions:
1. In a bowl combine the wet ingredients.
2. In another larger bowl combine the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry pancake mix & whisk to combine.
4. Scoop pancake batter onto a lightly greased non stick pan and let cook on medium heat for a few minutes before flipping.
5. Serve with @cocojune_organic yogurt, fruit of choice, and maple syrup!
