Spinach Artichoke Dip

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
- 4 heaping cups spinach
- 1 can artichoke
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 yellow onion minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Ā½ cup Pure Coconut cocojune
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ā¼ cup of each dill, parsley and chives, minced
STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- In a large skillet, saute onions and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until translucent and fragrant.
- Add spinach to the pan and sautee for an additional 5-8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the cooked spinach mixture along with the remaining ingredients and give it a good ole mix.
- Transfer this mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.
- Turn on some jams, dance, and bake this dreamy dip for 25-30 min!
- Slice up some bread, veggies, or whatever your heart desires and diveeee in!
