FOR THE KELP CHILI CRISP TOAST

1 thick slice of sourdough
A healthy dollop of cocojune Original Labneh
Microgreens
Barnacle Kelp Chili Crisp

STEPS TO DELICIOUSNESS

1. Cut a thick slice of sourdough and toss it in the toaster.
2. Spread a thick layer of @cocojune_organic labneh on the toast
3. Top with microgreens and @barnaclefoods Kelp Chili Crisp

We’ve got the tea… (cake) 🫖🍰 This dreamy

We’ve got the tea… (cake) 🫖🍰 This dreamy orange and earl grey tea cake topped with Pure Coconut june is making us feel extraaa posh this week! We’re leaving the recipe deets below so you can recreate this beauty ASAP 🤸‍♀️

What you’ll need
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup loose leaf earl grey tea
- 1 cup cocojune pure coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of one orange, then thinly slice into 4-5 rounds

Steps to deliciousness
1. Preheat oven to 325. Lightly coat a springform pan or loaf pan with olive oil. Line with parchment paper.

2. Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl combine eggs and sugar. whisk until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Mix in cocojune Pure Coconut, earl grey tea, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Grandtully stream in 1 cup of olive oil. Whisking until fully incorporated. Should look glossy and well incorporated.

4. Pour batter into your pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour. Use a toothpick or chopstick and insert it into the center, when it comes out clean it’s done!

5. Let rest for about 20 minutes and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 yellow peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 heaping tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 16oz Vanilla Chamomile cocojune

Steps to deliciousness:
1. Heat peaches, brown sugar and vanilla in a small pot over medium heat.

2. Mix together until sugar melts and peaches release their juices, becoming soft yet still intact. About 10 minutes.

3. Layer cocojune Vanilla Chamomile and peaches in a glass and enjoy!
